We want you to be completely satisfied with our products. If you’re not happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange the item under the terms below.
1. Order Cancellation

Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.
2. Returns

You have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the item by emailing us at info@spinauracandles.com.

Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Items that have been lit, used, or personalized cannot be returned.

Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, except where the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
3. How to Return
Email info@spinauracandles.com with your order number and reason for return.

We’ll notify you after receiving and inspecting the item whether your return is approved or declined.
4. Refunds

If approved, refunds are issued within 14 days to the original payment method (unless otherwise agreed).

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon delivery.
5. Exchanges
Exchanges are possible for the same product (e.g., a different color or scent) if the item is unused and in original condition.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
In these cases, we cover the return shipping and reshipment costs.
