Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after they are received.
We do not ship orders on weekends or public holidays.
If there is a delay in delivery, you will be notified by email.

  • Delivery time: 1–3 business days

  • Shipping cost: €3.99

  • Free shipping on orders over €40

  • Cash on delivery (COD) is available.


3. Shipping to Croatia

  • Carrier: GLS

  • Delivery time: 3–5 business days

  • Shipping cost: €7

  • Free shipping on orders over €40

  • Cash on delivery (COD) is available.


4. Shipping Within the EU

  • Delivery time: typically 4–10 business days (depending on the country)

  • Shipping costs are displayed at checkout.

  • Free shipping for orders over €60 in selected EU countries.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number.


6. Failed Delivery / Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping details are entered correctly.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, the reshipping cost will be charged to the customer.
